Aug 23, SP is rallying. Nasdaq is stronger. Some leading stocks try to break out the base. Some remain high. Better to watch unless really strong stock.

Buying new high has been a more popular strategy, but you need to pay attention to the false break; i.e. pay close attention to the stop. chart look good!
